Key Responsibilities:

• Read plans and perform on-screen takeoffs

• Create project budgets and prepare customer proposals

• Manage projects during production to ensure on-time, on-budget completion

• Schedule job-site visits with the Production Team

• Prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projects

• Extract details from plans when needed

• Respond to customer and team inquiries via phone and email

• Perform other office duties, projects, and tasks as assigned

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Organized with strong time management skills

• Previous HVAC or mechanical construction experience a plus
