Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical/HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
Read plans and perform on-screen takeoffs
Create project budgets and prepare customer proposals
Manage projects during production to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
Schedule job-site visits with the Production Team
Prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projects
Extract details from plans when needed
Respond to customer and team inquiries via phone and email
Perform other office duties, projects, and tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience:
AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized with strong time management skills
Previous HVAC or mechanical construction experience a plus
