Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as a General Sales Manager REQUIRED
• Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED
• Ability to drive the team to high performance every day through leadership REQUIRED
• High Volume Dealership experience REQUIRED
• Focused on OEM approvability
• Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set

The California pay range for this position is $140,000.00-220,000.00 annually. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
