Employment Type : 6-month contract with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.

Compensation : $45 / hr W-2 Hourly or $55 / hr on C2C, determined by relevant experience and qualifications.

Location : Remote options across the US, with preference for candidates in the Bay Area, LA, and San Diego for occasional team events or office visits.

Requirements : Candidates must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional who excels at designing, building, and managing data visualizations, dashboards, and analytics solutions. This position is perfect for an individual passionate about working with large data sets and adept at translating complex data into insightful, actionable information for stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create, maintain, and effectively communicate impactful reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Manage a centralized repository of reusable data visualization templates and dashboards.
  • Identify and implement improvements to data quality and availability, building pipelines or performing ETL as necessary.
  • Gather, clean, and consolidate extensive data sets from diverse sources for dashboard and analytics support.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analyses to assist stakeholders and accelerate business initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive hands-on experience in developing visual analytics solutions using Tableau or Qlik Sense; Qlik Sense is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working in data warehouses like Databricks, Redshift, SparkSQL, or Athena; capability to build segmentation and aggregation queries independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in translating business questions into meaningful, data-driven analyses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adept at learning new technologies quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
