A company is looking for a Builder Support Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day support contact for assigned builder divisions and internal stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with builder purchasing, construction, warranty, and field teams
Provide timely, professional communication and clear status updates
Required Qualifications
3+ years in customer success, account support, sales operations, builder support, construction services, or related experience
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal oversight
Experience working with homebuilders, construction operations, electrical trades, or building products
Familiarity with PO-driven workflows, jobsite / lot tracking, and community launch processes
Experience coordinating training and / or field support across multiple regions
