Who are we looking for:

• A candidate with or without Cardiac experience with a strong interest in Cardiac procedures.

• A well rounded surg tech with previous experience who wants to learn and perform with our Cardiac team

*$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation Incentive if moving from 100+ miles.

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience
• Cardiac experience
• CST Certification
• Serious interest in Cardiac surgeries
