Location : Remote

Duration : 6 Months contract

Payrate : $30 per hour on W2

Type : Part time 10 hours / week

Ideally, a contractor who would give us their availability and we'd assign around it. Example : Mornings : Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Afternoons : Tuesday, Thursday. We don't expect someone to be sitting at their computer all day waiting for work. Average through the end of the year - 10 hours a week. Could be less. We expect that to ramp up into Q1 and Q2 of next year.

• Skills like exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation proficiency with the ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines that are sometimes tight.
• A history of experience proofreading a variety of content. High-volume workload.
• Experience with ensuring content aligns to a company's brand style guide and familiarity with the Associated Press (AP) style guide
• This role is responsible for the thorough proofreading of various marketing assets across all lines of business, including emails, letters, landing pages, social media posts, ads, white papers, and articles. The proofreader will review marketing assets for any errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and for adherence to Key's style usage and guidelines. They will collaborate with writers, designers, and project coordinators to help ensure consistent messaging and that all deadlines are met. Experience with Workfront is a plus.
