As a Senior Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You'll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.

- Self-perform experience of concrete is required.

- Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.

- In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1,000,000.

- Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred but not required.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $100,000 and $135,000 annualized. Additional compensation in the form of a vehicle allowance, profit sharing, and company benefits may also be included.
