BCBA Training Manager

A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote - BCBA REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of training technicians

Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training to all new hires

Document new hire progress through training programs and evaluate training content

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree Required, BCBA Certification Required

1+ years of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA

Ability to manage time effectively and assess performance for improvements

Experience in motivating, developing, and directing team members

Flexibility to provide support outside of regular hours as needed
