Key Responsibilities :

Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision, including routine treatments and comprehensive care.

Utilize cutting-edge technology to ensure thorough and accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Apply strong chairside skills and in-depth knowledge of dentistry to create positive patient experiences.

Supervise and manage the overall operations of both front and back-office staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality care.

Prioritize quality patient care in every aspect of the practice.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience performing dentistry in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in placing implants, performing wisdom teeth extractions, and completing all endodontic treatments is a huge plus.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ambitious and motivated to grow within a thriving practice.

Current dental license, DEA certification, and CPR / BLS certification required.

What We Offer :

Competitive compensation : Daily rate for the first two months, followed by a percentage of collections.

Monthly bonuses considered based on case acceptance.
