Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors / contractors.
• Ability to install inspect repair and maintain the basic electrical mechanical plumbing pneumatic and other related systems.
• Understanding of aseptic systems CIP / COP and sanitation practices
• Blueprint and schematic literacy (mechanical and electrical)
• Understands the functionality and application of a CMMS (preferably Oracle eAM)
• Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ability to update inventories and other supplies as needed.
• Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.
• Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred
• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferably in food or beverage manufacturing
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with aseptic or highhygiene operations strongly preferred

Pay Range : $90000 - $110000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
