We do not cut corners, as you can tell by our square burger patties. With that being said, we expect that your natural friendliness shines through, you're able to handle a quick-paced work environment, you support store management in achieving store objectives, you assist in assigning, directing, and following-up on activities of crew members, and that you love Wendy's just as much as we do!
Our food is not one size fits all and neither are our job opportunities. Whether you are looking for your first job or to
build your career, 40 hours or a few hours to keep your weekends occupied, if you are a early-riser or a night-owl, we have got something for you!
