About the Role
We are currently seeking a full‑time, permanent Clinical Director to lead and oversee behavioral health programs at our new Santa Cruz location. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, manage program operations and quality assurance, and collaborate with medical staff across departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical programs that align with the organization’s strategic plan.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the clinical staff to ensure high‑quality behavioral health services.
- Collaborate with other department heads and medical staff to identify and address patient care needs and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to behavioral health services.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the field of behavioral health.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care, department operations, and other pertinent issues.
- Coordinate with community agencies and other healthcare providers to promote integrated care for patients.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Active California LMFT or LCSW.Meet the BBS qualifications for clinical supervision.At least 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to a team within the youth mental health field.Strong skills in training and development.Benefits
