Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals to residents, including food preparation, plating, and presentation

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking as needed

• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement special dietary menus and meals

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Dietary Aide Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
