A company is looking for a CRM Administrator to manage and optimize CRM systems and support end users.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Salesforce, including user management and system settings
Assist with marketing automation support, particularly with HubSpot
Implement and maintain integrations, monitor sync errors, and manage data hygiene
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Experience with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration
Familiarity with integrations such as RingLead, Gong, Ironclad, or Highspot
Strong data management skills, including deduplication and clean-up operations
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
