Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Technician and Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our food production equipment, specifically Vemag 500s and dough sheeters.

Our production schedule runs from 5am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate food production machinery, such as Vemag 500s and dough sheeters, to ensure consistent production output.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and adjustments to keep machines running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the production team to set up and calibrate equipment for different production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and food production standards.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and assist in improving machine efficiency.
