ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened on September 1, 2018, and we currently have a small, close-knit team of two. Before opening my own office, I worked for two different State Farm agents, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision of the kind of agency culture I wanted to build.

We offer a Simple IRA and reimburse licensing costs to support professional growth. I work right alongside my team every day, and I value dedication, trust, and a shared commitment to helping our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Judy Helwani - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
