Compensation : Base plus commission $140K$170K (All-in first year target)

Travel : 30% across SC NC GA FL all expenses covered

What Youll Do

Lead growth by developing and strengthening partnerships with builders developers and trade contractors.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities across multiple states.

Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to win profitable projects.

Negotiate and close deals that drive lasting relationships and sustained growth.

Contribute strategic insight that helps shape the companys future.

What You Bring

3 years of successful sales or BD experience in the construction industry (any sector).

Strong relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills.

A passion for growth yours and the companys.

Willingness to travel 30% across the Southeast.

Based in (or open to relocating to) Greater Charleston SC .

Bonus points for experience calling on production builders though not required.
