Director Procurement
The Director Procurement provides leadership and operational oversight for both Nuclear procurement activities and equipment & materials procurement for the Enterprise, ensuring timely execution of contracts and purchase orders for Nuclear online, outage, and strategic projects, and Utility operations & projects. The Director is responsible for ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, cost savings targets, risk management standards, and vendor performance requirements. Leads the Nuclear Procurement and Equipment & Materials integrated sourcing teams (IST's) in the establishment and implementation of major corporate wide driven programs (e.g. assurance of supply, NJ spend, vendor management). Directs the personnel and activities of the category management and procurement operations organizations supporting Nuclear & Utility. Leads the organizational focus on, and attainment of business goals and objectives. Develops and maintains an environment that promotes diversity and high productivity.
Regularly reports to both Nuclear & Newark General Office locations as part of routine responsibilities. Additional travel on average 10%, as business needs dictate.
