Sales Team Member

At Layton Aquarium and Wildlife Center, we are passionate about providing our guests with unforgettable experiences while fostering a fun and educational environment for all. We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services / Cashier to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.
• Promote and sell memberships, premium animal interactions, gift shop products, birthday parties, and other services.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, such as inventory checks, cleaning, and special events, as needed.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, ensuring products are stocked and displayed.
• Handle customer concerns with patience and empathy, striving for the best possible resolution.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
• Help in-store visual merchandising and displays to enhance product visibility.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and store policies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
