We are looking to hire an experienced Laborer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction site as needed
Lift heavy loads up to 70 pounds
Dig pits, trenches and foundations
Remove and properly dispose of debris and waste materials
Load and unload supplies from trucks, both manually or by operating equipment
Perform all tasks in a safe manner by following all safety procedures on the job site
Attend daily safety meetings with crew
Utilize proper lifting techniques
Report safety violations to Supervisor and/or Safety Director
Immediately report any/all incidents to the Supervisor or Safety team
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
Must have physical strength and endurance
Ability to lift heavy materials
Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
Experience: 2+ years construction industry experience preferred
Pay: $17+ per hour; Based on Experience
