Drone Flight Support Assistant

Our client, an innovative leader in the logistics and delivery industry, is seeking a Drone Flight Support Assistant to join their team. As a Drone Flight Support Assistant, you will be part of the Drone Delivery operations supporting drone delivery missions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Drone Flight Support Assistant

Location : Tolleson, AZ

Pay Range : $26.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in crew briefings, mission planning, and support field operations for drone deliveries

Ensure a safe operational environment during all drone activities

Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing ladders to set up and maintain equipment

Monitor and respond to obstacles, hazards, or changes in flight conditions during drone operations

Support the team in maintaining operational readiness and safety compliance

What's Needed?

Must hold a current FAA Part 107 drone license

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds of equipment, including drones and batteries

Physical flexibility to bend, squat, and perform extended standing during operations

Good visual acuity to identify obstacles and hazards during drone flights

Capability to climb ladders or elevated platforms as required

Self-driven attitude with a focus on safety and responsibility
