Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for a full-time Special Education Teacher specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with a focus on behavior support for K-12 students. The role is based in Warren, MI, within an elementary school setting and is contracted for the full school year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the needs of students with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring Autism and Behavior Specialist support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral and educational goals.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Support four elementary-level students with ASD teaching needs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
