Project Finance Assistant

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Finance Assistant to join our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization at Inizio. This role supports the financial operations of the business, with a particular focus on Order to Cash related activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience within a global organization. You'll contribute to accurate client billing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Based out of our Yardley US office and operating on a hybrid basis, the position reports to Project Finance leadership (Supervisor or Team Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Process Support : Support process transitions and knowledge transfer across teams, contributing to documentation and scalable practices.
• Project Finance Operations : Maintain and update project systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Execute operation activities such as processing revenue funding, update project actuals, and close out projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Order to Cash process and respond to queries.
• Compliance & Controls : Support adherence to SLAs, finance policies, and internal controls including SOX compliance.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process enhancements by identifying simplification opportunities and supporting automation initiatives.
• Team Culture : Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Other : Perform other duties as required.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$57,000-$63,000 USD
