Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent globally
Maintain expertise in global SaaS talent markets and streamline recruitment processes
Manage candidate expectations and conduct interviews while producing data for status reports
Required Qualifications :
6+ years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally with a mix of corporate and agency background
5+ years in a global, generalist recruiting role at a SaaS / B2B tech company preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Slack, and ATS
