Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator - Mustang Cat

Location : Houston, TX | Department : Corporate Accounting

At Mustang Cat , we've been supporting Southeast Texas for over 70 years as a trusted Caterpillar dealer. We're looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Corporate Accounting team . This role is key to ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and weekly check runs.

What You'll Do

• Manage Mustang Cat's weekly accounts payable check run from start to finish.
• Process vendor invoice payments and confirm proper coding and approval.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.
• Set up new vendors and request W-9 forms.
• Support the Accounting team with additional administrative duties as needed.
