A company is looking for a Product Associate to provide operational and analytical support within a product support team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Senior Product Manager and Product Manager in managing the support-focused team and prioritizing tasks
Collaborate on backlog maintenance, including epic and story creation and related documentation
Serve as a liaison between support and client-facing teams, ensuring effective communication of product updates and feedback
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of professional or internship experience in product support, operations, or a related field
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and basic project management tools, especially Jira and Confluence
Experience supporting product managers or working in cross-functional teams is a plus
Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience with agile teams (Scrum and / or Kanban) is a plus
