Required qualifications : Master's Degree From an accredited Speech / Language Pathology Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Speech / Language Pathology Program. Or equivalent educ / experience. Coursework / Training : Specialized speech / language pathology training to meet a particular department need. upon hire : Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
