NextCare Urgent Care is looking for an experienced and compassionate part-time Physician to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to build a fulfilling career in a beautiful mountain town.

The Opportunity :

  • Practice with Purpose : Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a vibrant community where your skills are truly valued. Our clinics are a vital part of the local healthcare system, and you'll play a key role in supporting the health of Flagstaff residents.
  • Competitive Compensation : We offer a highly competitive salary, with potential earnings for PAs and NPs in Flagstaff ranging from $70.00 - $80.00 per hour , depending on experience.
  • Generous Benefits & Incentives : Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and CME and license reimbursement. A sign-on bonus is also available for qualified candidates.
