A company is looking for a Sr. QA Manager, Hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Own and report key quality metrics to leadership, ensuring accountability across teams
Partner with Engineering on design verification, field trials, and lifecycle quality management
Lead and grow a QA team, aligning work with product and organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
Expertise with DFMEA, PFMEA, and structured quality planning
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (FCC, CE)
Proven experience leading Quality Assurance for hardware and embedded software products
Strong command of end-to-end QA processes, including test strategy, execution, and defect management
Ability to design and implement a scalable Quality Management System (QMS)
