A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather and validate business requirements
Develop functional specifications and assist stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications is mandatory
Proven expertise in HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes
Strong knowledge of SaaS application testing, including regression testing for Oracle updates
Familiarity with QA methodologies and test automation tools
Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and gap analysis
