We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our facility in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to effectively manage warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
