Senior WordPress developer

Salary : $160,000 - 180,000 per year

Requirements :

• Ability to work on-site in Westlake Village, CA
• Availability for Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM PST
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as project demands
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in building websites using WordPress
• Proficient in creating custom designs, not limited to themes
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices in website development
• At least 10 years of proven experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java
• Familiarity with additional coding languages essential for professional web design
• Submission of a portfolio showcasing custom WordPress projects with a focus on design
• Highly detail-oriented and self-driven
• Experience managing complex projects independently
• Strong grasp of SEO, performance optimization, and scalability
• Excellent understanding of interactive design principles
• Professional, dependable, and accountable work ethic

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain custom-designed, SEO-focused websites from inception to completion

Take full ownership of development projects, ensuring high-quality outputs

Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and specifications

Adapt and implement new coding languages and techniques as needed

Continuously optimize sites for performance and scalability

Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates on projects

Review and refine designs to enhance user experience and engagement
