Minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling. Expertise in areas like trauma, substance abuse, or family therapy is an advantage. Proficiency in ethical and legal standards. Compensation : $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package
Core Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain detailed and compliant client records.
- Participate in ongoing education to stay ahead of industry advancements.
