Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting as it relates to conferencing and company events. Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for an Audio Visual Technician for their Foster City, CA / Fremont, CA / San Francisco, CA location.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support for all client internal audio visual equipment including conference room displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, controllers, and cabling.
- Provide production support for meetings and live streams (All Hands, Executive Meetings, and Webinars).
- Maintain AV support ticket queue, prioritizing urgent tickets with excellent follow-up.
- Perform physical sweeps of conference rooms and digital signage to verify functionality.
- Evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time during live events both in person and remotely.
- Create and maintain documentation for internal team processes and user-facing support articles.
