Key Responsibilities

Lead all income, property, sales / use, and other tax-related functions for multiple corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and individual interests.

Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state returns (corporate, partnership, and individual).

Develop and implement tax planning strategies in support of current business operations, estate planning, and long-term growth.

Drive automation and efficiency through the latest tax technology and data analytics tools.

Manage external tax advisors and collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams.

Supervise and mentor in-house tax staff.

Requirements

CPA designation (required)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation preferred)

Minimum 7 years of progressive tax experience (2+ years in a managerial role)

Strong background in both cash and accrual taxpayers, and FAS 109

Expertise with multi-entity tax compliance and planning; ag or real estate experience preferred
