PRN Dialysis RN Travel to out HCA hospitals in 1200 E 3900 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84124. 3 / 12 hour shifts 7 : 00am to 7 : 00pm. Must take calls one or 2 days per week after 7 : 00pm. Must Have a minimum of 1 year Acute Dialysis RN experience. Must have an Unencumbered compact license and a BLS Card
