LPN- 4 week contract and Per Diem needs

Location : Spring City- PA

Short-term contract -4 week contract -8 hr shift / 40hrs / wk

Per Diem needs -Shift : 3pm to 1130 pm

Pay rate : $28 / hrs

Number of positions : 4+

Pay rate - $28 / hr

Positions to start - ASAP

~~ LPN's Needed ASAP for 4 week contract (40 / hrs / week) or daily / per diem needs ~~

~~ Geriatric or sub-acute / SNF experience ~~

REQUIREMENTS : Current Resume

LPN- PA license (in good standing)

Sub-Acute / SNF / Long-Term Care - experience (1+ year)

Current - BLS / CPR

2- Current clinical references (RN- managers)

2- Step PPD (within the last 12 months)

Current physical (within the last 12 months)

Vaccination record : MMR, Varicella, Hep B

Copy of criminal Police -clearance check / back ground check

Must be able to pass urine drug screen
