Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage customer environments using containerized orchestration (ECS / Fargate) and Terraform modules across multiple client environments.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve high-impact production issues to maintain strict migration schedules.
- Continuously synthesize field insights from deployments to design, code, and ship improvements into the core product.
- Uphold strict security and compliance standards required by large enterprise clients.
- Manage secrets, authentication systems (OAuth2 / OIDC / SAML, Keycloak), and integrate with enterprise systems.
