Job Title : Controller

Overview : The Controller oversees the organization’s accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, safeguards company assets, and provides timely financial insights to support executive decision making. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who is excited to bring structure, strengthen processes, and build and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP / AR, and payroll
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and performance trends
• Design and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to executive leadership
• Lead and develop accounting and project finance staff
• Oversee project financial performance, including budget vs. actuals, cost controls, and cash flow
• Partner with project managers to review forecasts, labor hours, and productivity trends

Qualifications :

PAY TRANSPARENCY : The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
