Financial Analyst

KEITH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Finance team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role reports to the Director of Finance and is ideal for a candidate with a solid financial foundation who enjoys data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.

What you'll do :

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Partner with project managers and departments to gather and interpret financial information.
  • Support project accounting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

What you'll need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 05 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or ERP software preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Understanding of project-based or professional services financial environments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
