Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Provide accurate information regarding payments and benefits to cardholders
Process transactions and handle research requests via web-based applications
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
