Engineering Director

A company is looking for an Engineering Director / Business Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand laboratory operations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals

Implement initiatives across Engineering Labs, including organizational changes and new technologies

Develop a high-performing team culture through talent management and performance empowerment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

Minimum 10 years of management experience leading 60+ employees

Experience in managing technical and commercial laboratory services preferred

Knowledge of laboratory operations, safety, and quality assurance is desirable

Proven ability to manage P&L and achieve revenue and profit targets
