Key Responsibilities : This is an entry level position in the accounting department.
Accounts Payable (AP) Duties :
Process and enter invoices for payment, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
Maintain Petty Cash and bank runs.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Duties :
Assist in member inquires in person, on the phone and via emails. Correct mischarged
chits.
Pull F&B chits from waitstaff drop box downstairs.
Record payments and deposits accurately in the accounting system.
Upload and post daily sales including Fore Tees.
Enter and post all club-wide events to members' accounts.
Human Resources (HR) Support :
Assist HR Manager by performing background checks.
Filing candidate records.
Assist with employee inquiries
