Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Position with Strong Career Support

We’re offering a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position that provides flexibility, a supportive team environment, and growth opportunities. If you're looking for stability and a great workplace culture, this role is for you.

Position : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Role Overview :

  • Provide therapy sessions and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Help clients achieve meaningful progress in their mental health journey.
  • Collaborate with other professionals for well-rounded client support.
  • Keep thorough records and manage documentation efficiently.
  • Maintain an active and structured caseload.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
  • Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
  • Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
