We are a great Club looking for a couple great servers to join our team.

Westborough Country Club  is a prestigious private country club with one of the most authentic Memberships in the St. Louis Area. We hold our staff in high regard and recognize exceptional performers. Many of our current servers and managers started out as bus staff. The successful candidates will be coached by one of our outstanding management staff throughout their training period. Your training will include both demonstrative and hands on training to be able to become a valuable Member of our Crew. The skills you learn will be of high value to you as your career progresses whether it be at Westborough or beyond. We have employees with exceptional work ethics and expect nothing less from the people who we select to join our staff. We are seeking team members that wish to be part of a team that is poised to provide our Members with the best dining experience in the St. Louis area. You will be challenged to work hard and will be provided the tools you need for success. All high performing staff will be rewarded monetarily and considered first if more advanced positions open up. We will provide you with uniforms, and an excellent nutritious lunch or dinner each day. Successful candidates will receive a starting pay based on their experience.
