HRIS Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Human Resources Information System ( UKG ). In this role, youll serve as the subject matter expert on HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Youll collaborate across HR, IT, payroll, and operations to automate processes, enhance reporting, and deliver insights that enable better decision-making and improve the employee experience.

This is an onsite position in either Vancouver, WA or El Segundo, CA

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Data Integrity

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, job changes) within the UKG system.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity through routine audits, maintenance, and process controls.
• Configure, implement, and administer system modules and workflows to align with organizational needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to vendors as needed.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and procedures to support compliance and consistency.
