Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Bilingual Warehouse Workers for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates who can communicate in Spanish and/or English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred, but Spanish-speaking-only candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Warehouse Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking items accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Packaging and labeling products for shipment.
• Performing material handling tasks such as staging, moving, and organizing inventory.
• Assisting with shipping & receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying orders.
• Using RF scanners or basic warehouse systems to track items and update inventory (if applicable).
• Performing quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or English
  
  • Bilingual preferred, Spanish-only is acceptable.
• Prior warehouse experience in picking/packing or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving products regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and consistent work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with daily productivity goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Picking, packing, and order fulfillment experience.
• Material handling and basic warehouse operations knowledge.
• RF scanner or warehouse system experience a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Safety-focused and able to follow warehouse procedures.

Shifts & Hours

• Full-time schedules available
• 1st and/or 2nd shift openings depending on facility need
• Overtime may be offered based on workload.
