Florida Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service

Manage new and renewal accounts, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and recommending tailored coverage options

Drive business growth through cross-selling additional policies and developing actionable plans for client retention

Qualifications and Requirements

3 to 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles

High School Diploma / GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a similar field

Florida 2-20 Insurance License required

Preferred experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in commercial lines account management

Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, including coverages and underwriting principles
