Billing & Data Entry (Part-Time)

Centralized Billers

Centralized Billers are responsible for entering bills of lading into Dayton Freights internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

1. Learn and retain industry terms as it pertains to billing
2. Become familiar with National Motor Freight Classification
3. Communicate any paperwork issues to the Service Centers
4. Performing all necessary audits as assigned
5. Enter proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
6. Assist Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
7. Assist in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
8. Review weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
