The Ryan Nicholson Farmers Insurance Agency is a full-service, multi-line agency offering Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance solutions. Were not just building producers were developing future agency owners.

Through our Agency Ownership Program, we mentor experienced insurance professionals who are ready to take the next big step into business ownership. If youve always wanted to own your own agency but havent had the right guidance, structure, or supportthis program is designed for you.

We will help grow your skills in the following :

Strong Sales Skills and practices to make an elite agency

Develop effective customer service skills to service existing clients

Proficient Managerial knowledge to manage a team of agents

Help to build an effective Business Plan

  • Successfully completing this program will waive all required Start Up Fees set by the company to be approved to own an agency.

Responsibilities

  • Crush new business production goals and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Build customized insurance quotes, deliver powerful sales presentations, and close deals confidently.
  • Connect with customers over the phone, uncover their needs, and guide them to the best coverage.
  • Bring energy to the team by actively participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions

    • Requirements

  • General lines Property & Casualty License is required.
  • General lines Life & Health is Preferred.
  • Be eager to learn, adaptable, and coachableready to grow fast.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and drive.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by multitasking and following through consistently.
  • Bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills to every interaction.
